Excellent stay near Yumbo

close location clean pool helpful staff

The hotel location is very close to the Yumbo Centre. It is less than a five-minute walk. My room was cleaned every day, and the pool was kept super clean . The staff helped me arrange my shuttle service to the airport. I appreciated that.

The hotel is situated conveniently near good restaurants, the beach promenade, and the beach itself. There are also grocery stores and bus stops close to the hotel, that is useful. Access to the main road toward the airport is very easy.

All units are on the ground floor. They have two chairs and a table outside. My room was approximately 10 meters from the pool, where sun loungers were placed in a row. The hotel room included nespresso coffee and ritual toiletries.

The pool area was kept very clean, i noticed the staff cleaning it very often. Breakfast had an a-la-carte service, using good quality ingredients, it was filling. The hotel bar does close early along with the restaurant.

friendly staff clean resort spacious room comfortable bed

The staff were friendly AND helpful . The resort seems new and clean. Everything sparkled. Rooms offered great space, and the beds felt very comfortable. The pool area featured many sunbeds including double options. a few hot tubs. I noticed a good choice.

I did notice pathways with sharp drops. A small hazard exists. Room numbers were not ON the walls. These are minor points.

The hotel location is good, as supermarkets and the Yumbo Centre are very close. The beach is a short walk away from the hotel. It takes a few minutes to reach these places.

The pool and jacuzzi looked clean, great for a relaxing time. Breakfast was excellent. A HUGE variety was present. The hotel WAS super clean and sunbeds were plentiful. I did see many options.

The location is good, a short walk to the Yumbo Centre.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. I noticed dust and dirt on the floor tiles. This lack of cleanliness detracts from the overall experience. I expect a higher standard of cleanliness in a hotel.

poor drainage rushed cleaning

I found some aspects less than satisfactory. The shower drainage was poor, so water flowed into the bathroom. I reported a leaking toilet, and the staff addressed it the next day. The room cleaning needed more attention as it felt rushed. I had to buy my own soap because the bathroom lacked it.

plastic grass coffee refills

The plastic grass everywhere was like a bizarre design choice. i get they were going for low maintenance, but it just felt cheap and environmentally questionable.. plus, the promised coffee refills never materialized. I had to ration my four nespresso pods like they were liquid gold. talk about disappointing..

i found the staff friendly. the resort seemed new and very clean. rooms were big, and the beds were comfortable. the pool area included diverse sunbeds, also double beds. hot tubs were available too, so i appreciated that detail.
