I found some aspects less than satisfactory. The shower drainage was poor, so water flowed into the bathroom. I reported a leaking toilet, and the staff addressed it the next day. The room cleaning needed more attention as it felt rushed. I had to buy my own soap because the bathroom lacked it.

The plastic grass everywhere seemed like a bizarre design choice. i get they were going for low maintenance, but it just felt cheap and environmentally questionable.. plus, the promised coffee refills never materialized. I had to ration my four nespresso pods like they were liquid gold. talk about disappointing..

i found the staff friendly. the resort seemed new and very clean. rooms were big, and the beds were comfortable. the pool area included diverse sunbeds, also double beds. hot tubs were available too, so i appreciated that detail.
